Helping people and businesses thrive together
I’m not actively looking, but open to a move—can we still chat?
Definitely! A large proportion of people I’m in contact with are only passively reviewing the market. I’m always happy to have a confidential conversation about your goals and help you keep an eye out for the right opportunity.
Do you offer CV or interview advice?
Absolutely yes, this is a part of the job that I love the most! I operate as a career advisor as well as a Recruiter. I have a natural coaching style and I regularly help candidates shape their CVs, prepare for interviews, and build confidence throughout the process.
Will you send my CV to clients without telling me?
Never. Transparency is key – I’ll always discuss roles with you first and only move forward with your full consent. It’s important to build optimum trust and respect and clients benefit so much more from fully briefed and engaged applicants.
Can you help me find flexible, or hybrid roles?
Yes, more and more clients are offering flexible arrangements and I’ll always take your preferences into account when matching you with roles. I am also a strong advocate for part-time working – as a working Mum I fully appreciate the challenge of the juggle!
Do you charge candidates for your service?
No, never. My service is free for candidates. I’m here to support you and help you find the right fit.

My story
In 2022, my family and I made a pretty bold move, we swapped city life in Birmingham for the coastal calm of Devon. It was a leap into the unknown in many ways, but having two young, energetic boys in tow, a different quality of life with more time outdoors seemed like an amazing opportunity and provided space to think about what really matters.
Fast forward to 2025, after fully settling into Devon life I had the chance to set up on my own and launch Jarmy Recruitment.
After a long career working in recruitment consultancy, learning from some great people and businesses that span global PLCs, boutique agency and start-ups – it’s exciting to consolidate all that experience within Jarmy Recruitment.
